Our excellent reputation is built upon our staff who are hand picked to be stylish and immaculately presented. Every member of our team participates in our thorough training scheme and is subject to formal mentoring as part of their ongoing personal development.
Splendid prides itself on knowing its staff as individuals and so we actively keep our pool of staff to a manageable level where that can be maintained. At any time we have a pool of around 400 staff available to us so that we can always find the most appropriate amongst them to fit exactly the type of event we are supplying. The first priority for all our staff is to be attentive to the needs of each and every guest.
