Training to an exacting standard
Ours: The people we are looking for must have extremely high standards of maintaining their own personal appearance, have the willingness to work as part of a team, the initiative to get things done and the determination to do every task to the very best of their ability.
All we ask is that you make yourself available for one/two assignments each week although the seasonal nature of our business may mean that some weeks there are many events and others there are only a few.
Yours: We put all our staff through a thorough training programme, so no previous experience is required. Our well-established mentor programme supports your progression through the company. We strive to ensure each job is enjoyable, and that our people are looked after well, to the extent that staff can claim for taxis home if events finish late in the evening.
